Sten Kirkbak, Founder and CEO
Sten founded Xplora Technologies in 2016, driven by a personal experience that revealed the need for safer, smarter digital tools for families. With over two decades spanning telecommunications, technology, and brand development, he has built Xplora Technologies into a leading European Family IoT company with a growing ecosystem of connected devices and subscription services. Sten continues to lead the company's international expansion with a clear vision: a world where families connect with what matters most.
Chief Technology Officer
Sanghyo Kim
Sanghyo leads Xplora Technologies' technology strategy, engineering, and platform architecture. He brings deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and DevOps, with a background in site reliability engineering and cloud-native environments.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from Changwon National University in South Korea. Sangho is focused on advancing the scalability and security of the Xplora Technologies platform to support millions of users across our growing global footprint.

Kristin Hellebust
Kristin leads legal, governance, and people strategy at Xplora Technologies.
She brings extensive experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and corporate and governance matters, with a strong track record in executive leadership and scaling companies. She previously co-founded and served as CEO of Nordisk Film Shortcut and Storm Studios, and has held board positions at several publicly listed companies.
Kristin holds a Cand. Jur. from the University of Oslo, a n Executive Master Program in Financial Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School, and an Executive MBA from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics). She is focused on building legal and governance frameworks alongside organizational development to support Xplora Technologies’ responsible international growth.

Knut oversees financial strategy, capital allocation, and governance at Xplora Technologies. He brings extensive experience in finance, controlling, and strategic leadership across international organisations, with a strong track record in building scalable financial structures.

Lise af Ekenstam
Lise leads global brand, marketing, and corporate communications at Xplora Technologies. She brings international experience across technology and professional services, most recently as Global Head of Corporate Communications and Brand at Avanade (Accenture). She holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, a Master in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and a Bachelor in Economics from Brown University.
She combines strategic marketing expertise with a strong focus on people, purpose and impact. Lise is focused on positioning Xplora Technologies around its purpose of building a safer, healthier digital life for all generations — delivering the right tech at the right time, and ensuring innovation stays closely aligned with digital wellbeing and responsible tech use.

Tommy Krznarić
Tommy leads the overall performance and strategic direction of Doro, an Xplora Technologies company. He brings extensive international experience from senior roles at Ericsson, Sony and Teleperformance, spanning product innovation, commercial leadership, and business transformation. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
Tommy is focused on making Doro the trusted technology choice for seniors - delivering accessible, safe, and intuitive products that reflect Xplora Technologies' purpose of building a safer, healthier digital life for all generations.
